Nighthawk's prefabricated aluminum balcony systems are designed for general contractors building multifamily and commercial projects where speed, quality, and budget matter. Each balcony is fabricated from 6061-T6 and 6063-T6 aluminum alloy, fully welded in our shop, powder coated to your color specification, and shipped as a single unit ready to bolt directly to the building structure. There is no field welding, no onsite assembly, and no loose parts to manage on the job site.
We offer six standard sizes ranging from 5x8 to 7x10 feet, with custom dimensions available for projects that require them. Every balcony includes an integrated railing system in your choice of picket, glass, or mesh infill, all meeting IBC code requirements for guard height, infill spacing, and structural loading. PE-stamped structural calculations and shop drawings are included with every order and submitted for approval before fabrication begins.
